Website Purpose

The website provides information relating to AI governance advisory services.

Engagements

Professional services are subject to separate written agreements defining scope, deliverables, fees, limitations, and responsibilities.

Payment terms

• Tiers 1 and 2 are paid in full before work starts.
• Tier 3 instalments are due at the start of each month, in advance.
• Instalments continue on schedule if there are delays on the client side.
• Work pauses if a payment is more than 7 days late.
• Tier 3 is complete when the Stage 1 Readiness Pack is delivered and the first management review is held. The Stage 1 Readiness Pack is a document index and evidence map that shows the certification auditor where each ISO/IEC 42001 requirement is addressed in your AIMS.

Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, documents, graphics, and materials are owned by or licensed to Bhaviyo and may not be reproduced without permission.

Permitted Use

Users may access the website for legitimate informational and business purposes only.

Prohibited Use

Users must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or infringe intellectual property rights.
