International Transfers
We use Google Workspace (Google Drive, Docs and Sheets) for engagement documents and Lovable to host the Client Governance Workspace. Bhaviyo's founder works from India, so information may be accessed from India. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK or EEA, we use appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, as agreed in each engagement.
Data Retention
Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for business, contractual, legal, or regulatory purposes. For client engagements, Client Governance Workspace access continues for 90 calendar days after final handover, and engagement data is deleted within 45 days after that unless we agree otherwise in writing.
